Forgive me if this is an obvious question or one that should have been easier for me to solve via Google, but I am not sure where I go about adjusting the timing it takes for a user to be logged out. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Yes, it is a pure ISS questions as the session is store through ASP.Net.
Run IIS Manager, select Seal Report site, then edit 'Session State' and you have a Time Out (20 minutes by default) that you can change.
Check also the Inactivity Timeout of the related Application Pool:
Select advanced properties of your 'Seal Report' application pool, and change the Idle Timeout.

A lot of documentation on internet about ASP.Net Session.

Good luck.
